Grief Support Tincture

Our Grief Support Tincture is thoughtfully crafted to provide gentle yet effective support during times of sorrow and loss. Blending the soothing properties of Hawthorn and Linden with the calming effects of Motherwort and Rose, this tincture offers a nurturing embrace for the heart and spirit.

Ingredients:

• Hawthorn: Known for its ability to support the heart both physically and emotionally, Hawthorn helps to ease feelings of sadness and grief as well as the physical pain of heartbreak.

• Motherwort: With its calming and comforting properties, Motherwort provides a sense of reassurance and inner strength during difficult times.

• Rose: A symbol of love and compassion, Rose soothes the heart and uplifts the spirit, offering solace and support.

• Yarrow: Traditionally used to promote emotional healing and resilience, Yarrow helps to protect and strengthen the emotional body.

• Linden: Known for its calming and relaxing effects, Linden helps to ease tension and promote a sense of peace and tranquility.

• *Alcohol or Glycerin (see note below on menstruum choice)

*Note on Choice of Menstruum:

• As I work with many people in active addiction recovery, I will always have a non-alcohol tincture option.

• For those curious on what’s the difference:

• Alcohol is my preferred tincture menstruum (the liquid that extracts the plant’s medicine) because it pulls out more medicine and has a longer shelf life.

• The amount of alcohol in 30 drops of a tincture amounts to consuming 1/85th of a glass of wine. If you mix it in water it only contains 0.59% alcohol (Herbal Academy), so the amount is very, very minute.

• However, if you prefer zero alcohol (recovery or for kiddos) - you will always find a glycerin option in my shop.

Directions for Use:

Shake well before use. Take 1-2 droppers full (approximately 30-60 drops) in a small amount of water daily.

Important Mention: Consult with a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
