When we get outside in nature we are used to looking at the beautiful landscapes, getting from point A to point B, and looking at things that are at eye level and above. This workshop is to throw all of that out the window! We are going to get down on our hands and feet with our magnifying glasses to observe the INCREDIBLE micro world beneath our feet.

We are going to bring back our childhood wonder and invite curiosity! We will look at the textures of the plants, the ultimate artistic patterns of nature, the pebbles, the dew, the eyes on beetles, the antennae of ants.

In this workshop, there is no expectation of outcome for you. This is simply for you to have fun and have time to connect to our wonderful natural world in a different way.

All ages encouraged.

We will meet at the trail head and head in to our spot.

Layers
Hat/Sunglasses/Sunscreen
Water
Magnifying glass if you have one you love
Journal if you desire to sketch/journal your findings
Proper footwear
