A Nourishing Day to Soulfully Create your Upcoming 2020
Spend a day in deep connection with yourself and your soul to uncover your passions and desires for the first year of a new decade!
During this day retreat, you will find yourself in a sacred space filled with nourishment, fun, creativity and inspiration to dive deep into creation and passion planning for the upcoming year.
What to expect:
We will begin our morning with a gentle yoga sequence to get our bodies moving and any stuck energy flowing (don't worry - this is a simple, beautiful flow for everyone).
From there, we will dive into a day of introspection and curiosity. You will be guided through an exercise to find your WORD of 2020 – your deepest soul’s desire for the upcoming year.
We will work with some nature connection on what your word means to you and further into how that will transform into the 8 pillars of your life.
Breaking for a nourishing organic lunch (dietary restrictions accommodated). An open opportunity to further connect with nature, spend time journaling, or connecting with other like-minded souls.
Coming back and diving into our creative session of soulful creation of our 2020 vision boards and FUN!
We end our day together with a wonderful cup of organic herbal tea to support our integration portion and plans to bring our 2020 intentions to life.
