WHEW 2020! What a ride, yeah?!
Join in for this day of NOURISHMENT, REFLECTION and INTENTION. No matter where you are in the globe you can join this beautiful day to set up your 2021!
Yoga, breath work, meditation, vision board, craft a closure letter to 2020, nature connection exercise, a care package sent to your door, and of course COMMUNITY.
This day has been curated specifically to support your highest self to start off this fresh new year with purpose, passion and alignment.
What to expect:
You will begin your morning with a gentle yoga sequence to get your body moving and any stuck energy flowing (don't worry - this is a simple, beautiful flow for everyone).
From there, you will dive into a day of introspection and curiosity. You will be led through a flowing guided meditation. After, you will have time to craft a letter to 2020 to bid farewell and reflect on this pivotal year.
Of course breaking for a nourishing lunch (recipe to follow provided) and then coming back to set up for 2021 vision board creation. Once the vision boards are created, you will bring them to life through a nature connection exercise and end our time together in community.
All U.S. attendees will receive a care package with materials for the day and additional nourishing goodies. Those non-U.S. attendees will be provided a list of materials to have. All attendees will receive a prep-email ahead of time.
Come as you are or come with a friend - this day is surely to create magic and set you up for an incredible year ahead.

What to bring/how to prepare:
• Yoga mat
• Anything that makes you comfy – warm socks, blankets, sweaters, pillows
• Journal
• Warm weather clothes if you want to experience the beauty of nature in the winter and are in a cold area
• Anything you would like to add to your vision board
• Anything you would like to support your day: malas, crystals, pictures

• Once you have registered, I will send you an email to confirm your mailing address to send your care package - MUST register by 1/24/21 to receive care package. Additionally, you will receive an email detailing all that you need to be prepared for your day.
