Join in for a mini retreat from the comfort of your own home!
During this virtual retreat, we will take some time to focus on self-love and re-filling our cups so that we can recharge.
We will join together in community to create a sacred space.
Starting with a yoga flow to move our bodies and energy. A meditation to connect to our intuition to hear what words of wisdom await us. Followed by time to write and journal on our reflections. We will end our time together in sacred community sharing any findings our wisdom we uncovered.
Once you register, will send out a note on how to prepare for this time.
