Together, we’ll explore the cycles of the seasons, herbal gardening, harvesting, crafting techniques, and the wisdom of plants as allies in health and healing.

Over the course of the program, you’ll:

  • Have hands-on experience from sprout to harvest. Working with the herbs most the year.

  • Master the art of creating tinctures, teas, salves, and other handcrafted remedies.

  • Deepen your understanding of plant energetics and holistic wellness.

  • Develop practical skills for supporting your own health and sharing this knowledge with others.

This intimate, immersive experience blends storytelling, hands-on practice, and heartfelt mentorship, offering a unique opportunity to grow as an herbalist and Earth steward. Together, we’ll nurture your personal connection to the wild and cultivate a lifelong practice of living in harmony with nature.

About Your Teacher

Hi! I’m Taylor!

I’m seriously thrilled to be able to offer this container this year. I’ve dreamt about having other women in my garden, teaching them about plants, the Earth, gardening, how to make medicine from the land. And the time is finally here!

My Background:

I’ve grown up in the mountains of Colorado and have been connected to the land my entire life. My nature, gardening and herbalism background is vast - combining both the head (book and school studies) and the heart (learning from the Earth and plants). I’m a big believer and teacher of all types of learning, which is what we’ll incorporate into this container. Some of my highlights:

  • 30+ years working with the land

  • Plant Intuitive (communicates with plant, tree and Earth spirits)

  • Herbal Academy studies (Beginner & Intermediate)

  • Nature-Connected Life Coach

  • Certified Community Naturalist

  • Decades of backyard gardening - herbs, flowers, natives, food

  • Folk Herbalist

  • Earth Empath

  • Years of working and learning from various herbalists in the Denver area

  • Herbal internship at Three Leaf Farm

One of the things about me as your mentor/teacher/guide is that I pull from a ton of background knowledge, but we lead by learning from the Earth and the plants.

With the depth and intimacy of this program, it’s important we are on the same page. The first step would be to apply for the program and then we’ll have a Connection Call to see if we’re a match!

What You Will Learn

I’ve chosen the apprentice approach intentionally for a personalized experience. With that, we’ll have the flexibility to go with the flow of what you need and want. That being said, here are some of the ga-zillion things we will be bringing in over the year:

  • Getting to KNOW the plants. This can only be done by working with them over a period of time.

    • Spiritual connection, offerings, journaling, observation, ritual, gardening, using your senses, etc

  • Learning about herbs. The head-side of things.

    • Names, constituents, properties, contraindications, lingo, botany, identification.

  • Making medicine from sprout to harvest.

    • You’ll be along for the whole ride. Caring and connecting to the plants all year long and eventually harvesting and learning how to make medicine.

    • Hands-on medicine making. Lots of it.

  • Ethics of herbalism.

  • Plant communication.

  • How to garden and grow herbs.

  • Herbalism for the ecosystem.

  • Sustainable practices.

  • So much more. Really, this is so much a FELT, LEARNED experience… putting it on paper is almost contradictive.

Investment

Time:

  • We will meet in person once a month (at least) for 2-3 hours from March-September. In between that time, you’ll be spending hours with the land and plants in your own way. I’d estimate 15 hours or so each month spending time with plants and the Earth.

Money:

  • The cost of the program is $150/month. We can work out a payment plan that fits your needs if we both decide this program would be a good fit for you.
