About Your Guide:
Taylor Short is a Nature-Connected Coach who partners with nature to help people reconnect to themselves and the planet in the modern world. She grew up in the Colorado mountains and is deeply connected to the earth. She is also an herbalist, yoga instructor and many other things that don't seem important to mention here :). Mostly, she loves to help people reconnect and remember how amazing they are through the power of the earth.
What to Bring:
Layers - this will be rain, snow or shine - so all the layers
Snow pants - you may want them as we'll be outside and not moving around too much
Water
Hat/gloves
Proper footwear - hiking shoes, boots, spikes
Journal/pen
