During this time, you will learn about multiple herbs and their incredible healing properties. You will connect energetically with the plants and take time to journal about what the plants are teaching you.
You'll be guided through a meditation, drink some herbal tea and sit in silence while we observe all the life that happens in this magical garden.
This is a workshop that is meant to SLOW you down and invite calm, quiet and peaceful connection to the magical world of plants.
